There’s no way to forget what movie Zendaya is here to promote, because she attended the March 26 Australian premiere of her new film Challengers dressed as the actual tennis court in custom Loewe.

Styled as always by Law Roach, Zendaya’s slinky green gown featured a plunging neckline and a dramatic thigh slit, with a shimmering sequined fabric that mimicked the texture of a tennis court’s turf. On the skirt, the pattern depicts the shadow of a tennis player preparing for a serve—which this dress definitely was.

The actor accessorized with matching green pumps and dangly Bulgari earrings with upswept hair and coquettish side-swept bangs. On Instagram, Roach wrote, “She’s MAGIC…..” Because look at her.

In Challengers, Zendaya plays a professional tennis player turned coach at the center of a love triangle involving her husband/client and their mutual former best friend, whom she also used to date. The vibes are Y Tu Mama Tambien meets King Richard, and everyone is excited, if for no other reason than just to hear Zendaya say the line, “I’m taking such good care of my little white boys,” in context.

“I wouldn’t even call it a sports movie,” the actor said on the Aussie red carpet. “It’s a very complicated character piece. It’s sexy, it’s fun, it’s interesting in all these different ways, but it almost uses tennis as a metaphor for a lot of other things.”
