Materials – Most important of all, especially if the sofa is in direct sun or rain, are the materials. For the frame, teak and acacia wood are great options, as are aluminum and steel.
Looks – Obviously, you want your outdoor space to look nice. We can’t deny a $500 Amazon option, but realistically we’d prefer something from a proper designer, even if that ups the price.
Price – Speaking of upping the price, it’s in direct opposition to the looks. Still, even when we went for budget options, we tried to keep a certain amount of taste.
