Before you watch the new Hudson Williams Peloton ad, you need to make sure you are in a safe space. Because fans, this one’s for you.

The 60-second spot for the fitness brand features the Heated Rivalry star in some very short shorts running, biking, working out, dancing, and even winking for the camera. It’s practically indecent! It’s a marvel on a treadmill! As one fan put it on Threads, “What a day to have eyes!”

Hudson Williams’ Peloton ad is part of the brand’s new campaign, titled “Let Yourself Go,” which is meant to embody the idea that workouts should be liberating.

“At Peloton, we’ve always known that movement is at its best when it feels like a release rather than a chore,” said Megan Imbres, Peloton’s Chief Marketing Officer. “Our goal with this campaign was to capture that feeling of total freedom. By reclaiming ‘Let Yourself Go,’ we’re reminding the world that when you move with us, you aren’t just hitting a goal, you’re finding a sense of personal joy that is entirely unique to Peloton.”

The spot, which was directed by Bethany Vargas of Katseye x Gap fame, also stars longtime Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin, who tells Glamour that working with Williams made the energy on set feel “electric,” as everyone was totally on board with the campaign and its messaging.

“We weren’t just filming a campaign, we were celebrating the freedom that comes when you finally decide to just show up for yourself,” she says.

In a statement, Williams said he similarly resonated with the idea of using exercise for freedom, rather than restriction, adding, “it’s amazing what fitness can do for your life.”

“Movement is the quickest way to get out of sticky feelings,” he said. “Whether that’s dancing or exercise…I think it’s just a key component, especially to how I live.”
