Frequent collaborators Willy Chavarria and Adidas Originals are reconnecting this month for the release of a new footwear and apparel range, coinciding with the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Dubbed “Comienza Con El Sueño,” Chavarria pays homage to his Mexican roots with Mexico national football team-inspired apparel pieces that include soccer jerseys, tracksuits, long soccer shorts, and rugby shirts.
In terms of the sneakers, the duo is once again opting for the Megaride franchise, with the arrival of their new Megaride Bones ($220) and Megaride Copa ($200) silhouettes. The first model has a neoprene upper and is paired with an exoskeleton on the sides, while the latter shoe is inspired by the Copa soccer cleat. Both versions feature Megaride cushioning in the midsoles.
Readers will be able to cop the Willy Chavarria x Adidas “Comienza Con El Sueño” collection starting on June 10 via Complex, Adidas Confirmed, and at select retailers.
