Land of Women (Apple TV+): In the third episode, Gala (Eva Longoria) starts working at the winery with Amat (Santiago Cabrera) and finds ways to improve the wine. Meanwhile, Julia (Carmen Maura) makes things worse with her sister, Mariona, while Kate (Victoria Bazúa) is confronted by the locals at the village bar. (Regarding that last part, it’s one of the most moving/emotional scenes of the series.) Streaming

Rocky Marathon (AMC): Honestly, what’s more American than Rocky? If the temps are scorching and you don’t have plans today, settle in to this five-movie marathon. Personally, I’m obsessed with the OG film, and Rocky IV, which to this day is still my favorite movie to workout to. 3 p.m. ET/2 p.m. CT
A Capitol Fourth (PBS): Popular musical artists (including Smokey Robinson, Fantasia, Darren Criss, Sheila E., Fitz & Noelle from Fitz and the Tantrums, Sister Sledge, and more), the National Symphony Orchestra under the direction of top pops conductor Jack Everly, and a gorgeous fireworks display over our nation’s capitol will be broadcast to millions as well as to troops watching around the world. Alfonso Ribeiro returns as host. 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT
Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks (NBC/Peacock): The 48th annual fireworks spectacular from New York City also airs live (from the eastern and central time zones) tonight, featuring two hours of musical performances, special guests, and of course, that show in the sky. Four-time Grammy Award-nominated recording artist Mickey Guyton and Access Hollywood’s Zuri Hall will serve as hosts. 8 p.m. ET/PT, 7 p.m. CT with encore presentation at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC
