Key Takeaways
- Natalie Nunn flipped North West’s Halloween tribute by dressing as the 13-year-old rapper in blue pigtails, gothic makeup, layered graphic tees, and studded accessories.
- Nunn lip-synced to North’s “Piercing On My Hand” and other audio days after North portrayed the Baddies star with a black bob, Baddies chain, and exaggerated prosthetic chin.
- Kim Kardashian also joined the costume chain, recreating her daughter’s signature blue hair, face gems, goth makeup, and hand-over-mouth pose.
Natalie Nunn has paid tribute to North West with a Halloween costume that comes days after West dressed as the Baddies star.
Across a series of posts shared on Instagram, Nunn revealed her fit to backdrop soundtracked by North West’s “Piercing On My Hand.” Miming along to the track, she sported a gothic monotone t-shirt layered with a long-sleeve t-shirt, studded wristbands, and striking blue pigtails.
She nailed the look, right down to the gothic-tinged makeup that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s daughter has earned a reputation for. You can check out her posts below.
In further posts, she sang along to other songs from North West, as well as audio from a paparazzi video in which photographers greeted her.
North West’s costume, which she shared earlier this week in a series of TikToks, saw her taking on the role of the Baddies star with her famous Nicki Minaj-shouted-out chin. Nunn isn’t the only person who has decided to dress up as North West this year, however, as her own mother, Kim Kardashian, also dressed up as her for Halloween with exaggerated goth make-up.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday (October 20), Kardashian transformed into the 13-year-old N0rth4evr rapper with a long blue wig, false lashes, and her cheekbones decorated with face gems to mimic her daughter’s dermal piercings. Like Nunn, she showed off the look by posting a photo where she mimicked North, holding one hand over her mouth.
Earlier this year, Kim Kardashian said she was “proud” of her daughter. “She loves producing music and wanted to share it with the world and isn’t afraid if people will like it,” Kardashian told Complex editor-in-chief Aria Hughes for a Complex cover story earlier this year. “She’s like her dad in that if she likes it, that’s enough for her, and she doesn’t really care about outside opinions.”
