This weekend, Footasylum is expanding its retail footprint with the opening of a new flagship store at Manchester’s Trafford Centre, marking another major investment in physical retail for the UK sportswear retailer.
The new location officially opens on Saturday 27th June, with Footasylum celebrating the launch through a weekend of giveaways, exclusive activations and appearances from some of its best-known content creators. Alongside the giveaways, shoppers can browse the latest footwear, apparel and accessories from brands including Nike, adidas Originals, New Balance, ASICS, Saucony, Monterrain and Berghaus.
Footasylum has also partnered with sneaker care brand Crep Protect for an in-store activation featuring its Crep Cop or Flop game, alongside a Spin to Win competition, offering visitors the chance to take home exclusive prizes throughout the day.
The celebrations continue on Sunday with the retailer bringing its popular Last To Leave The Box challenge. Featuring several of Footasylum’s popular YouTube personalities, the live competition will see contestants battle through a series of challenges and temptations, with customers able to watch the action in-store and influence the outcome.
This new opening reflects Footasylum’s continued focus on creating retail spaces that blend shopping with live experiences, bringing together sneakers, streetwear and youth culture all under one roof.
The new Footasylum store is located at Unit LSU15, Trafford Centre, Manchester (M17 8AA), and will trade from 10am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 9pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays.
