Nigel Sylvester’s sophomore “Brick After Brick” Air Jordan 4 collab launched this past weekend, and to the surprise of no one, it was one of the most popular releases of 2026 so far.
Shown here is data from StockX, which reveals demand for the “Brick After Brick” Air Jordan 4 collab on the secondary marketplace on release day (May 22). The data showed that there were 3,510 sales on launch day for an average price of $338, which was 1,182 more sales than last year’s “Brick by Brick” drop. Despite seeing an uptick in sales, there was a 40 percent average price drop-off as compared to the “Brick by Brick” colorway.
StockX also confirmed that the “Brick After Brick” colorway was the top-selling Jordan collab from Sylvester on its platform at 3,510 sales, followed by “Brick by Brick” with 2,328. At the third spot was his “Better With Time” Jordan 1 Low at 989, then the “Driveway Grey” Jordan 4 RM at the fourth spot with 783, and lastly, his Jordan 1 High collab at 413.
“It might be tempting to look at resale prices and draw quick conclusions about whether the Brick After Brick was as successful as the Brick By Brick. But you have to weigh that data against the full picture,” Brendan Dunne, StockX’s Senior Director of Customer Community & Engagement, said. “Yes, prices were 20 percent lower on release day, but sales were also 51% higher. Lower resale prices (which by the way, are still almost 50 percent higher than the original retail price) alongside that kind of volume increase is a classic signal of more supply in the market, not less demand.”
