For their first (public) outing of the spring season, Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles strolled the streets of Manhattan while wearing relaxed looks that are giving us major style inspo for the tricky-to-dress for transitional weather.

Kravitz carried over a few timeless staples from the winter, like her long black coat—the perfect topper for dewy mornings and chilly evenings. It’s the antidote for fur coat fatigue that many New Yorkers may be feeling after a particularly frigid February.

It’s a little difficult to see, but, under that coat, Kravitz wore a boho dress in white cotton with red embroidery on the chest. The layering of these two long, ankle-skimming pieces creates a boho vibe that fits perfectly with the actor’s free-spirited aesthetic. Not to mention, when worn on its own, sans coat, the breezy dress is the perfect reminder that summer is just around the corner. The contrast with the tailored coat is all the more interesting, visually.
