Undefeated leaked an upcoming collaboration with Nike on the Air Zoom Spiridon on Friday by giving away 12 early pairs of the never-before-seen shoe at a party at its Las Vegas store. The party, which was open to the public, was a kick-off event ahead of this weekend’s ComplexCon in Las Vegas.
The Undefeated x Nike Air Zoom Spiridon (style code HV4847-400) has a thunder blue and silver colorway with reflective trim and green detailing.
No pairs of the Undefeated x Nike Air Zoom Spiridon were sold at the store. The shoes were given away as surprise gifts in a raffle for attendees and handed over to winners sans any box or retail packaging.
Undefeated, a pioneering sneaker boutique and streetwear brand, has a long history of working with Nike on footwear. Undefeated’s Nike collaborations go all the way back to 2002, when Nike stamped the Undefeated “five strike” tally logo on the heel of two sets of Nike Dunk Highs.
Reps for Undefeated declined to comment on the Spiridon’s release date, but sources tell Complex it’s slated to launch in the first half of 2025. It will arrive as part of a bigger push for the Spiridon retro.
Nike is set to bring back the Air Zoom Spiridon, a running sneaker from 1997 that was reissued in 2005 and again from 2016 to 2018, this December. The brand hasn’t confirmed a release date, but the original white and red colorway is rumored to arrive on Dec. 20. The 2024 Air Zoom Spiridon retro will retail for $160.
