Taylor Swift’s beau Travis Kelce couldn’t help but smile when a question on his new game show Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity? seemed to reference the famous Eras Tour tradition that brought him and the superstar together. As host, Kelce asked players “Nicole has 98 beads to make 6 friendship bracelets. If each bracelet has an equal number of beads, what is the fewest number of leftover beads she can have?” per EW. The question got titters from the audience, and not because finding the remainder in a division problem is so hilarious (the answer, BTW, is 2, with 16 beads on each bracelet).
“What’s so funny, guys?” asked the Chiefs tight end, to which Vanderpump star and celeb contestant Lala Kent responded, “Travis, do you know anyone who likes friendship bracelets and things like that?”
Kelce blushed and answered, “I know a few. Might have converted her to a Chiefs fan but I don’t know.” Cute, but, actually, we do know. She’s your very serious girlfriend of over a year, Trav. In fact, their relationship famously started with the friendship bracelet Kelce tried to give her after an Eras show and has since blossomed into a bracelet-laden romance.

The same day the episode dropped, Travis Kelce opened up about one of Swift’s best qualities: making people immediately at ease in her superstar presence. In an episode of his podcast New Heights, Kelce’s friend Brandon Borders recalled meeting the musician a year prior in Trav’s Super Bowl suite. “We walked in the door, and—I’ll give this away—she said our names immediately,” Borders said. “It was like, ‘Oh my God. Brandon, Jake, finally!’ We were floored,” he added, referencing another friend in tow. The fact that she knew them by sight “shook us immediately” and “threw” the guys, but that’s just the Swift glow.
