There are no shortage of epic Black Friday fitness deals—smartwatches, running shoes, etc.—and this one from Hoka is no exception. The Hoka Clifton 9, literally the most popular running shoe in the whole damn world, is seeing its lowest price ever, courtesy of everyone’s favorite shopping holiday (Black Friday for those who don’t own a calendar or ever see the light of day).

In our fitness writer Tanner Bowden’s pursuit of clocking miles everywhere around the globe, he’s found every iteration of the Clifton to be top-notch. “For everyday miles, the Clifton is hard to beat,” Bowden wrote in our rundown of the best Hoka shoes. He’s taken these neutral runners on basically every kind of run, whether they were recovery days, long-distance haulers, or even a 15-miler on the trail where the idea for Hoka was first born.

Cliftons, and Hoka in general, are all about cushiony comfort. These have a 40-millimeter stack height, 3 millimeters taller than before, while being lighter than every other previous model. The result is a soft landing, while responsive foam helps to keep you moving with minimal effort. For $145, you could do a lot worse than the Clifton 9, and at their sale price of $116, you’d be passing up a chance to run on clouds.
