These thick, full-length tights are unbelievably warm, rivaling even the best fleece-lined leggings on our radar. “They look like nice, visibly thick, very opaque tights. They work well with a flowy dress, but I wouldn’t pair them with anything too tailored or structured because of just how thick they are—in a good way,” says Glamour contributor Brie Schwartz. “I wore them on a windy, 27-degree day in New York for 30 minutes outside and barely felt the air move through them. I give them high marks for warmth and look forward to wearing them under jeans or joggers for added protection from the elements. I’m typically a small or size 4 and 5-feet-5, so I opted for the XS/S size versus the M/L. They fit well enough; however, the high-cut waistband felt a touch tight and there are thick seams at the tush. (That said, I prefer mid-rise things, so I was perhaps just not used to it.) I’d recommend these to a friend only if they like high-waist fleece tights, which most do.” Plus, they come in an on-trend stirrup shape if that’s more your speed.
