Golf isn’t just your father’s sport anymore (or your grandfather’s). Whether it’s DJ Khaled posting hilarious golf clips on Instagram, JR Smith going back to school and becoming a collegiate golfer, or brands like Eastside Golf dropping entire collaborative capsules with the Jordan Band, golf is more in the mainstream now than it ever has been.

Footwear brands have been taking advantage of the sport’s increased popularity, turning fan-favorite sneaker models into fully functional, links-ready golf shoes. Whether you are a scratch golfer or just out there doing your absolute best to break 100 the eight to 10 times you go out annually like me, you’re going to want to do it in style. Jordan Brand has made that easy recently by riffing on established Jordan themes for golf shoes. If you need a pair, these are 10 of the best Air Jordan golf shoes your money can buy. Note that you’ll have to grab them on the resale market, because people flipping golf shoes is a real thing now.

Air Jordan 4 Golf ‘Military Blue’

Year: 2021
While the actual sneaker version didn’t return until earlier this year, the fan-favorite “Military Blue” colorway of the Air Jordan 4 touched down with golf spikes three years ago. One of the rare instances of an OG Air Jordan model not dressed up in the beloved Chicago Bulls colorway, this Jordan 4 features Military Blue, white, and grey overlays on its premium leather upper.

Air Jordan 4 Golf “Bred”

Bred 4 Golf

Year: 2021
Easily one of the most beloved sneakers of all time, the Air Jordan 4 “Bred” is associated with one of Michael Jordan’s most iconic on-court moments: The Shot. This golf-ready version features (almost) all of the revered elements of the original sneaker, including buttery nubuck uppers and premium overlays. A Jumpman features on the heel, as opposed to the preferred “Nike Air,” but if you’re looking for an iconic Jordan to rock on the fairway, this just might be the one for you.

Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Golf

Travis 1 Low Golf

Year: 2023
Travis Scott and Jordan decided to switch the formula of their collaborative partnership up a bit last year with a golf-ready version of the Jordan 1 Low, making for what is certainly the most hyped entry on this list. For the shoe’s marketing, Travis teamed up with Brooks Koepka, the perfect choice to go along with the rapper’s rebellious character. Perfect for a round of 18 of course, plenty of people around the internet have taken this shoe off the links and worn it as a regular sneaker.

Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 1 High Golf ‘Out of the Mud’

Eastside Golf 1 High

Year: 2022
Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl A. Cooper started Eastside Golf with the goal of making a brand that people like them could relate to. They’re two Black men who were members of the 2010 Morehouse College golf team that lead the HBCU to its first-ever golf national championship. Since founding the brand, Eastside Golf has gotten the attention of Jordan Brand, leading to a number of successful collaborations, including this “Out of the Mud” Jordan 1 that’s meant to represent overcoming adversity both on and off the course.

Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 12 Low Golf ‘Out of the Mud’

Eastside Golf 12 Low

Year: 2022
From the same “Out of the Mud” collection as the above Air Jordan 1, this spiked Jordan 12 Low steps away from the usual silhouettes we see on the golf course. It has a clean navy, orange, and white color scheme with eye-catching gold accents. This pair has even made it on tour when Wyatt Worthington II laced them up during 2022’s Rocket Mortgage Classic. And if it’s good enough for him, it’s probably good enough for you.

Happy Life Wood x Air Jordan 9 Low Golf

Happy Life Wood 9 Low

Year: 2024
Happy Life Wood is an artist who makes intricate sculptures out of many different types of wood, shaping them into basketball jerseys, sneakers, cars, and much more. He’s created custom pieces for athletes like Jordan Poole, PJ Tucker, and Julius Randle, and earlier this year he released an official collaboration with Jordan Brand on a pair of Jordan 9 Low Golf Shoes. Naturally, the shoes look like one of the artist’s sculptures, with faux woodgrain uppers inspired by retro wooden golf clubs.

Air Jordan 1 Mule Golf ‘Bred’

Bred 1 Mule

Year: 2024
I am really not 100 percent sure why this sneaker exists. It absolutely cannot be an effective golf shoe—you take one real swing and you’re going to lose at least one of your shoes. That being said, these are the absolutely perfect sneakers to arrive at the golf course in. Currently, I am pulling up to the course in a beat down pair of Crocs, and these Jordan 1 Mules feel like a much better option. You can probably get away with them at the driving range, and the putting green as well.

Michelle Wie West x Air Jordan 1 Retro High Golf NRG 2

Michell Wie West 1

Year: 2023
Easily the boldest option on this list, this version of the Jordan 1 High Golf was designed in collaboration with PGA tour pro Michelle Wie West. She became the youngest LPGA pro to make a cut at 13 years old and now she has her very own Jordan 1 to add to her resume. Inspired by her life, the model features a wavy take on the iconic Swoosh, her daughter’s initials on the left tongue, the word “mom” in Korean on the right, and an aloha graphic on its outsole. If you’re looking to break necks on the course, this pair just might be the way to do it.

Jordan ADG 3 Golf ‘Black Cement’

Jordan ADG 3 Golf

Year: 2021
Most of the shoes on this list are remixed versions of your favorite Jordan Brand silhouettes. But that doesn’t mean that Jordan Brand doesn’t make options for golfers looking for a more traditional look. If you’re not quite looking to make a statement with your footwear but you still want to carry that confidence that only the Jumpman can bring, the ADG line is your best bet. What better colorway to rock than the iconic “Black Cement?”

Air Jordan 1 Low Golf ‘Chicago’

Chicago 1 Low Golf

Year: 2022
Nothing beats a classic, and it doesn’t get much more classic than the iconic “Chicago” colorway. The high version of the “Chicago” Jordan 1, an undisputed classic piece of sneaker design, was one of the first retro crossover golf shoes that Jordan Brand ever did. Here, it appears as a low in the same iconic colorway.
