Joey Badass served as the contributing editor for the latest edition of SpringHill’s annual zine, The Program.
The third volume of the zine boasts cover art by Jewel Ham, complete with a painting of the 2000 artist and Mr. Robot actor. The zine also features photography from John Spyrou, Denisse Ariana Pérez, and Kathia Vertiz. All told, 16 creative voices were handpicked by SpringHill to represent a roster of emerging talent.
To ring in the limited-edition zine’s launch, Badass hosted a special launch throwdown in Miami earlier this month. Yung Miami performed at the event, notable attendees of which included Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade.
For those unaware, SpringHill is the creative arm of LeBron James and Maverick Cater’s The SpringHill Company. Among the originals currently falling under the SpringHill banner is Call My People, a conversations-focused series giving viewers insight into how various figures of note rose to the moment when presented with life-changing opportunities.
Most recently, the series welcomed artist and entrepreneur Leah Kirsch, as seen below.
