Arm-in-arm with her son Manolo, the 51-year-old actor attended an event held in Santa Monica to present TOMA, her new culinary venture celebrating Latin American cuisine. For such a special night, she hit the carpet in a black corseted top and crocheted skirt. Instead of opting for the expected heeled sandal, she chose to combine her two-piece with comfortable platform wedges that added a different touch to the whole styling.
The silver shoes, which featured rhinestone details, were a breath of fresh air against the typical type of footwear that usually reigns on the red carpet. Sofía Vergara also proved that wedge sandals can be combined with jeans or a summer dress, as well as with a more formal design designed to dazzle at a photocall.
