Shedeur Sanders is going all out for the 2025 NFL Draft.
Sanders, former quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes and son of Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, was seen rocking a ridiculously iced-out chain featuring his signature logo during Thursday’s draft.
Shedeur shared a photo of the chain on his Instagram Stories. The necklace was reportedly made by @tajiadiamonds, a jewelry spot in NYC where the football player has previously gotten chains.
Sanders previously announced he would not be attending this year’s draft in Green Bay, opting to wait and hear his name called with family and friends from an elaborate setup in Texas.
Shedeur explained on an episode of the 2Legendary podcast earlier this year that he was prioritizing convenience for his family, and ensuring everyone can be by his side when he gets drafted.
“The only thing with going to the draft is I want to spend those moments with my people,” Sanders said. “You got to think, having everybody come out there, bro, it’s going to be so expensive. So cost-wise, you’re saving a lot of money. You get to be around your people and all that.”
“It’s not just me that was able to get to this point. It’s like a team,” he continued. “It was a team thing, and it was a team of people that helped me get to where I am now. So I want to be able to make sure I’m able to enjoy that with everybody and nobody be in uncomfortable situations for traveling and to show support.”
The 23-year-old took to X earlier today to share his thoughts as the draft drew near.
