You know in a documentary when they stitch together old-timey home videos to illustrate that the subject grew up in an idyllic place and a simpler time? Meghan Markle (sorry, uh, Meghan Sussex?) is somehow raising her and Prince Harry’s kids in that place and time. In a video she made and posted for Father’s Day, her and Prince Harry’s two redheaded children, Archie and Lilibet, ride bikes, read books, explore the California outdoors, and laugh a lot, guided and protected by their dad.

“The best. Happy Father’s Day to our favorite guy 💕,” Markle captioned the montage, which is set to, of course, a Jason Mraz song. Unlike her other posts to date, this video has two effects on it, a fish eye and a distortion, probably to obscure the glimpses we get of her kids’ faces. Harry and Meghan have always been reticent to let the public get a proper look at their children (Harry, especially, is not a fan of invasive press, being the son of Princess Diana and all), so this is maybe a compromise? Or she just wanted that nostalgic aesthetic.

Sorry, but…this is cute! If some of Meghan Markle’s other social media posts have bordered on cringe, well, this one is just plain cute, what, you have a heart of stone? Little ginger kids and their ginger dad don’t do it for you? Look how happy they are!
