The loose, unstructured styling leans into the hair’s natural texture.
Feeling inspired to try out a dark romantic hairstyle? The good news is that unlike silver-screen waves, this look is actually improved by a few imperfections. Try sleeping with slightly damp hair in two French braids, then use a 1-inch curling iron to refine your pieces. You can also opt for a three-barrel waving tool to speed up the process.
To mimic that beachy cliffside texture, hit your waves with a sea salt texture spray and a good scrunch before locking them in with hairspray. If you have naturally wavy hair, a texturizing air-dry balm can give you the perfect base for styling.
