Lewis Hamilton, fresh off official word that he will be co-chairing the upcoming 2025 edition of the Met Gala, is launching a new collection through his +44 label.
The limited-edition MX TX collection, inspired by ‘90s motocross style, aims to tap into fans’ modernity and nostalgia all at once. Key to this effort is the oversized Race Jacket, which fittingly has “Still We Rise” emblazoned on the sleeves and ‘Hamilton Crew” on the shoulders. Completing the look is an assortment of patches and logos, further strengthening the motocross connection.
Also of note in the collection are the white long-sleeve Moto tee with neon graphics, not to mention more essentials-focused pieces like shorts and hoodies, both in unique cuts based on Hamilton’s personal preferences. Rounding out the experience is a generous helping of new accessories including a neon rally towel, a checkerboard-themed bandana, and a black water bottle featuring MX TX graphics.
Starting Oct. 17 and running through Oct. 20, +44’s MX TX collection will be available to buy at a custom pop-up at ByGeorge on South Congress Ave.
Also on Oct. 17, the collection will hit the official +44 site and Complex Shop.
MX TX follows the Hamilton-founded brand’s Home Turf collection, which focused on a capsule designed by Leonard Iheagwam, a.k.a. SOLDIER.
