It has been a while, but the art world has finally given us another art show dedicated to cats, the Internet’s favorite animal. “Another Cats Show” opened this week at 356 Mission in Los Angeles with a diverse selection of works by 300 artists, including conceptual artist John Baldessari.

“The show is a nod to this long lineage of cat shows,” said 356 Mission partner Wendy Yao to the Los Angeles Times, speaking of course about the slew of cat-themed art shows that went down in 2013 and earlier this year. Many of the artists in the show also contributed to “The Cat Show” held at White Columns this past summer. Drawings, paintings, sculptures, and a few sound pieces fill the 12,000-square-foot gallery space at 356 Mission, welcoming viewers into a den of purrs, furs, and tributes to cats of every size, fictional or otherwise.
