With the 2024-25 NBA season right around the corner, Nike is gearing up to release Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant’s second signature model, the Ja 2.
According to the SNKRS launch calendar, the “Induction” colorway will lead things off when it arrives on Sept. 26 for $120. This style was first unveiled in July when the brand presented Morant with the shoe with special packaging, commemorating him being inducted into Murray State University’s Hall of Fame.
In the SNKRS description, the brand confirmed it also removed unnecessary materials in the arch compared to its predecessor, which made the shoe lighter. The midsole is also equipped with Zoom Air cushioning, while a multidirectional pattern on the outsole completes the design.
The “Induction” Nike Ja 2 colorway releases on Sept. 28 via SNKRS and at select Nike Basketball stockists for $120. Scroll on for a detailed look at the sneaker below.
