In the ongoing and increasingly complicated dispute between It Ends With Us director-star Justin Baldoni and star Blake Lively, Baldoni’s team has released “raw” footage in the hopes that it exculpates him of alleged harassment.

According to TMZ, Baldoni’s team released nearly ten minutes of footage from set, though the outlet has so far only posted a two-minute clip from a scene in which their two characters dance. There is no dialogue for the scene—in the final movie, it’s just slow-motion footage for the edit—and you can hear the two actors speaking to one another about the best way to portray the moment. This seems to be the moment that, in Lively’s version of events, Baldoni told her that she smelled good in a way that she found inappropriate; from the context of the raw footage, this comment is apparently about her spray tan.

This interaction is only the latest movie clip to be used as evidence in the back-and-forth between the two parties. Earlier this month, the character “Nicepool” from Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds’ movie Deadpool & Wolverine came under scrutiny, as the character’s lines in both the final version and deleted scenes were alleged to be making fun of Baldoni. Deadpool & Wolverine was shot and released around the same time as It Ends With Us, and Reynolds is named alongside Lively in Baldoni’s latest lawsuit.

In response to said lawsuit, Blake Lively’s lawyer issued a scathing response accusing Baldoni of further abusive tactics, writing, ““[They] are trying to shift the narrative to Ms. Lively by falsely claiming that she seized creative control and alienated the cast from Mr. Baldoni…while the victim focuses on the abuse, the abuser focuses on the victim. The strategy of attacking the woman is desperate, it does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively’s complaint, and it will fail.”
