I’m tired of New York City, man. Wine bars, cocktail bars, and fancy hotels—I don’t care about ’em. You know where I want to be? Among my people waiting to see my guys hurl their bodies full force at the other team’s guys. I want to be in a parking lot, drunk or approaching inebriation, grilling something serious, and sitting on a YETI cooler. Football season is here, and Brooklyn is the last place I want to be… Get me to Jersey, at least.

I’m not the only person that’s feeling this way. YETI has just announced a big ole licensing deal that’ll give the company access to all 32 NFL team logos. Starting today, Bills Mafia can get the team’s logo displayed on a new cooler as a decal. Birds fans can get the eagle on piece of drinkware as a custom etching. Some of you won’t give a shit about another place to buy NFL merch, but YETI is top-of-the-line tailgate gear. So for some of us, this is big.

But, I have to play my part as Local Redneck. Remember y’all, football doesn’t start on September 5, with the Ravens heading to Kansas City to take on Travis Kelce and the Super Bowl champs. Football starts this weekend with a beautiful college football slate, and a chance for the SEC to do an out-of-conference top-25 triple. My Georgia Bulldogs are taking on Clemson in Atlanta. LSU and USC might score 50 each in Las Vegas. And, Notre Dame is headed to Kyle Field, where anything can happen against a Texas A&M team I’d otherwise bet on to lose.

Sorry, getting off topic. (Told you I’m wired for kickoff.) What I’m trying to say is that YETI has already offered the best tailgate gear in the game, it’s just been limited to a handful of schools that give the brand rights to use logos. Though, that number has grown into a sizable chunk of the FBS.

But with this newest announcement, the brand has dedicated itself to America’s favorite sport and solidified itself as the must-have tailgate accessory. Whether you’re Bills Mafia or a Birds fan that wants the little Roadie cooler because you can pick it up and throw it at someone or something. Or you’re an LSU-slash-Saints fan who wants both a cooler and keg bucket because that’s how you get down in Evangeline Parish, there’s gear out there for you.

I’ve already talked about how much I love YETI products on this website. That doesn’t need to be restated. But what does need to be said is that YETI is throwing a huge bone to its tailgate-obsessed clientele. As one such customer, all I can tell y’all to do is tap in and buy a cooler with me. Checkout the full NFL collection, or dig deep for some alma mater gear.
