Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Converse are celebrating the start of a new year with his latest Shai 001 colorway appropriately dubbed “Clean Slate.”
This upcoming iteration of Gilgeous-Alexander’s first signature shoe with the brand dons an all-white color scheme as a nod to the new year, signaling a fresh start and what’s to come in 2026. The Shai 001 is designed for both on and off the basketball court, featuring a sculpted upper, a Zoom Air-cushioned midsole for energy return and comfort, along with Gilgeous-Alexander’s logo on the tongue and the Converse logo on the outsole.
Converse confirmed that this “Clean Slate” Shai 001 will be dropping in limited quantities starting on Jan. 2 at Converse.com and at select retailers for $130. A wider release will take place sometime later in 2026.
