This weekend, Complex embarked on its first-ever New York Fashion Week takeover, complete with an exhibition looking back on the years-long journey of WHO DECIDES WAR and a surprise performance from Cash Cobain.
Across two days, Complex delivered a unique and inspiring experience for attendees after receiving more than 5,000 RSVPs ahead of doors opening. For those not in attendance, we’ve put together a quick rundown of what all transpired, starting with the launch of the WHO DECIDES WAR gallery retrospective, previously detailed here.
Day 1
After doors opened at 4PM, visitors were able to walk through the five-year evolution of WHO DECIDES WAR, whose new Pelle Pelle collaboration was exclusively unveiled as part of the experience. This was followed by an IDEA GENERATION panel conversation with WHO DECIDES WAR’s Ev Bravado and Tela D’Amore led by Complex’s Chief Content Officer, Noah Callahan-Bever, and presented by Lexus.
Closing out the night, attendees were then invited to take part in a special cocktail hour, with celebratory vibes continuing through the evening.
Day 2
The gallery experience continued on Saturday, with Cash Cobain showing up for a surprise performance. That same day, Complex hosted a livestream of WHO DECIDES WAR’s Spring/Summer 2025 New York Fashion Week runway show. Siobhan Bell, meanwhile, also performed a very special DJ set for those in the house at Lavan in Chelsea.
There were numerous noteworthy visitors this weekend, including (but not limited to): Juelz Santana, Greg Yuna, Libianca, Bobbi Althoff, and more.
