Ciara Miller kind of, sort of broke her silence about her best friend Amanda Batula dating her ex, West Wilson, while interviewing stars on the red carpet of the Euphoria season three premiere on April 7.
The Summer House star’s interview with Sydney Sweeney—whose character on Euphoria famously begins a relationship with her best friend Maddie’s (Alexa Demie) ex-boyfriend Nate (Jacob Elordi)—went viral as fans couldn’t help but notice the parallels between the show and Miller’s real life.
In the video, Miller asks Sweeney, “If you steal your friend’s ex-boyfriend, what do you think is the next step? Honestly, I feel like you ought to get married.” Sweeney replies, “I hope so.”

The short clip has received over 150,000 likes as of publishing, as well as thousands of comments like, “Girl” and “Oh, she’s a legend for this.” One particularly topical comment reads, “West & Amanda – ‘wait, is this play about us?’” Another adds, “I love when Ciara breaks a fourth wall.”
In the clip, Miller says a lot without naming names, and without directly addressing the life-imitating-art of it all. It’s really quite a feat.
Ciara Miller has kept her hands clean thus far, refusing to comment publicly about Batula and Wilson’s relationship. In fact, over the weekend she redirected attention related to the relationship news by sharing a link to support a New York City-based Girl Scout Troop.
As for West and Batula—they’re apparently doubling down on their relationship, according to TMZ. The outlet published on Wednesday that the two are “fully committed” to making the relationship work, despite reports that Wilson had allegedly been seeing multiple women at the time news of his dalliance with Batula broke.
The question becomes: If Wilson and Batula get married, will it have all been worth it? At the very least, I’m sure it’ll make for a great next season of Summer House…
