Cassie Ventura Gives Birth to Her Third Child With Husband Alex Fine

In a testament to the sheer strength of women, Cassie Ventura delivered a brave and honest testimony about her volatile and abusive relationship with rapper Diddy the same month she delivered a literal baby. Just two weeks after taking the stand at the rapper’s sex-trafficking trial, the singer known professionally by her first name went into labor, People reported on May 28.

This is her third child with her husband, actor and trainer Alex Fine; they also share daughters Frankie and Sunny.

Cassie first announced the news of her third pregnancy back in February, later confirming that she was pregnant with a boy. In a tribute to Fine on Instagram in March, she wrote, “You’ve taken care of me and my heart like no other, you’re hands down the best girl dad and I’m SO excited to see you now become a father to OUR SON! 🤯”

After the conclusion of her testimony in Manhattan, Ventura issued a statement reading in part, “I’m glad to put this chapter of my life to rest. As I turn to focus on the conclusion of my pregnancy, I ask for privacy for me and for my growing family.”

Added Fine, “Over the past five days, the world has gotten to witness the strength and bravery of my wife freeing herself of her past. I have felt so many things sitting there.… I have felt profound anger that she has been subjected to sitting in front of a person who tried to break her. So to him and all of those who helped him along the way, please know this: You did not…You did not break the souls of a mother who gives the best hugs and plays the silliest games with our little girls. You did not break the woman who has made me a better man.”
