Louis Vuitton has announced a multi-year partnership with Real Madrid, becoming the official supplier of formal and travel wear for the club’s men’s and women’s soccer teams and the men’s basketball team.

The collaboration sees Louis Vuitton provide exclusive wardrobes for players and staff, including tailored suits, ready-to-wear garments, accessories, and bespoke luggage.

Designed by Men’s Creative Director Pharrell Williams, the collection is intended for official appearances and travel, combining functionality with LV’s hallmark elegance.

Key pieces include formal jackets and trousers marked with embossed VVN leather labels, LV Soft shoes, and accessories such as embroidered caps and palladium-buckled belts.

The travel line features the Horizon 55 suitcase, Keepall bag, and Christopher backpack, finished in the house’s Monogram canvas with Real Madrid’s white-and-gold detailing and “RM” initials—crafted exclusively for the team and not available for retail.

However, some of the House’s emblematic models and the Mon Monogram personalization service will be found in stores and online at louisvuitton.com.

A striking new visual campaign showcases top players including Éder Militão, Dani Carvajal, Kylian Mbappé, Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Júnior, and Thibaut Courtois posing atop Louis Vuitton trunks outside the Santiago-Bernabéu Stadium.

Elsewhere, supporting imagery highlights both Men’s and Women’s team members, underlining the breadth of the unique project.

“Real Madrid stands for excellence and evolution,” says Pharrell Williams. “Always pushing forward.”

“That energy fuels what we do at Louis Vuitton. This wardrobe was made to move with that same spirit—pieces that travel with purpose, strength and style. Real Madrid and Louis Vuitton share a deep respect for community—it’s why we do what we do, and that shared value is what makes this connection feel so powerful.”

Louis Vuitton’s involvement in soccer began with its role as designer of the FIFA World Cup trophy trunks in 2010, covering tournaments in South Africa, Brazil, Russia, and Qatar.

Highlights down the years have included the titanium canvas Trophy Trunk, and the Official Match Ball Collection trunk, both from 2018.

The House’s sporting heritage has also included a nod to early 20th-century footwear with its recent Spring/Summer 2025 “Footprint Football” sneaker, inspired by “international exchange”—a concept effectively symbolized by the sport that unifies the globe.

Pietro Beccari, CEO of Louis Vuitton, calls the Real Madrid partnership “a celebration of shared values—excellence, innovation, and legacy.”

Emilio Butragueño, Director of Institutional Relations at Real Madrid, echoed the sentiment.

“Both institutions transcend time and tradition. We aim not just to build a legacy but to inspire,” he says.

The partnership extends Louis Vuitton’s growing influence in elite sport.

The brand has created trophy trunks for prestigious competitions including the FIFA World Cup, Davis Cup, Ballon d’Or, NBA, and Formula 1. It was also a partner in the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Little wonder “Victory Travels in Louis Vuitton” has become an associated phrase.

Founded in 1902, Real Madrid is the most decorated soccer club in Europe, with 15 UEFA Champions League titles. It also leads global fan engagement, with over 620 million followers and the highest revenues in club soccer for the 2023–24 season, according to Deloitte.

With this union of two global icons, fashion and sport converge at the highest level, setting a new standard for collaborative excellence and style—on and off the pitch.
