Australian prop-tech business Quiet Listings has expanded its platform to include publicly marketed homes in addition to off-market properties, giving buyers access to a more complete range of listings while reinforcing its commitment to operating as an independent real estate website.

Since its launch in November 2025, the platform has recorded strong growth, now generating more than 500,000 monthly property views and connecting thousands of buyers with agents and private sellers across Australia every month.

Property seekers can now browse houses,  apartments, units, acreage properties and off-market homes sourced from thousands of sellers nationwide.

Unlike larger property portals that charge significant fees for premium advertising and higher listing visibility, Quiet Listings allows buyers, sellers and real estate agents to use the platform at no cost. Sellers are not able to purchase preferential placement, ensuring listings are displayed without paid influence.

The platform also provides buyers with greater visibility into each property’s campaign by showing listing duration, estimated marketing price ranges and campaign updates including price changes, revised sales methods and unsuccessful auction outcomes.

On many traditional real estate websites, this information can be difficult to find because their advertising model places greater emphasis on promoting active listings than presenting campaign history.

“Buyers deserve more than a polished advertisement,” a Quiet Listings spokesperson said.

“They should have access to information that explains how a property’s campaign has evolved, whether pricing has changed and if previous attempts to sell were unsuccessful. Quiet Listings provides that transparency while keeping commercial influence out of the search experience.”

Looking ahead, Quiet Listings will continue expanding its national coverage and refining its technology as it works towards becoming Australia’s leading independent destination for buying and selling property.
