Thrasher and Adidas have reunited ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup to deliver a new three-way collection with the Argentine Football Association (AFA).
The Three Stripes confirm that this latest project with both the skateboarding-focused magazine and the football association pays tribute to the late Thrasher founder Fausto Vitello’s Argentinian roots through a new iteration of the Glenburn sneaker (pictured above) and a matching apparel range.
The Glenburn sports a predominantly black color scheme throughout the leather and suede upper offset by sail Three Stripes branding on the sides, the shoelaces, and the heel tab. The standout element is the AFA-branded tongue tag and the Argentina-inspired insoles.
In addition to the sneaker, the Thrasher x AFA x Adidas collection includes a matching football jersey, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, and a bucket hat.
Readers will be able to grab the Thrasher x AFA x Adidas range on June 1 at Complex, Adidas Confirmed, and at select retailers.
