London-residing Ukrainian designer Natasha Zinko has teased a new Pre-Fall/Winter 2024 collection, continuing to build on her theme set last season.
Returning to the rebellious design codes set during London Fashion Week, the Pre-SS24 sees the introduction of upcycled denim, mesomorphic leather jackets and reinterpreted utility styles. Key pieces, like a pair of shearling cargo boots, coats, and skirts, capture the eye along with reworked briefs which have been used to create a a cropped jacket, a tote bag and a series of asymmetrically layered garments.
The standout look arrives in the form of a leather-shearling transformation, complete with a leather buckle belt, serving as the designer’s idea of winter-wear. Monochromatic tracksuits, translucent dresses, and cashmere hoodies make for the collection’s final offerings, arriving with menacing imposed muscles derived from glamorous rhinestones.
