How to Buy the 'Super Villains' Marvel x Asics x Kith Collection

Ronnie Fieg and Kith are back with another Asics collab, but this time bringing a third collaborator into the fold.

The Kith founder previewed an upcoming Kith x Marvel x Asics collection across his social media accounts. In the caption, Fieg confirms that the styles are inspired by some of the comic book publisher’s most infamous villains using Asics silhouettes like the GT-2160, Gel-Kayano, and the Gel-1130. The characters include Green Goblin, Magneto, and Silver Surfer, along with a set that’s dedicated to Spider-Man and his archnemesis, Venom. Co-branding on the sneakers is kept to a minimum, appearing on the insole graphics.

It’s also worth mentioning that this isn’t the first time the three entities have come together on a sneaker project. Around this time last year, Kith, Marvel, and Asics released an eight-shoe Gel-Lyte 3 collection to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the X-Men franchise.

As of now, release info for this “Super Villains” collection has yet to be announced by the parties involved.

UPDATE (08/05): Kith and Ronnie Fieg have confirmed that their “Super Villains” Marvel x Asics collection will be released on Friday, Aug. 9, exclusively at Kith.com, EU.Kith.com, CA.Kith.com and at Kith stores. The pairs retail from $155 to $350.
